Privacy Policy

MLS.LINK ("we") takes every family's privacy seriously. This page explains, in plain language: what information we collect, why, how we protect it, and how to reach us.

What we collect

• Parent/student name, email, and login password (stored hashed)
• Academic information (GPA, SAT/ACT scores, transcripts, course selections)
• Athletic information (UTR, rankings, match results, training data, highlight videos)
• NCAA registration details (with the family's consent, we may store NCAA Eligibility Center account credentials solely to help manage registration and compliance — visible only to your assigned advisors)
• Files and photos the family uploads
• Communication records with coaches/schools (when we reach out on the family's behalf)
• Payment status — we never store your card number ourselves; payments are processed by Stripe, and we only keep a "paid / unpaid" status

How we use it

Solely to provide recruiting planning, athletic evaluation, coach outreach, and reporting services; to communicate with you about your case; and to process payments you initiate. We never sell this information, and never use it for anything unrelated to your service.

Who can see it

Our back office is role-based: financial details (payment status, pricing) are visible only to the founder; internal advisors can see the cases assigned to them; advisors scoped to a specific module (e.g. academics) cannot see other modules (e.g. coach outreach). This is an actual enforced permission system, not just a policy statement.

Third-party services we use

• Airtable — stores your case data
• Stripe — processes payments; we never touch your card details
• Railway — hosts our website
• Google — sends account/email notifications

Cookies

We only use functional cookies necessary to keep you logged in, and a cookie to track referrals if you arrived via a referral link. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can contact us at any time to view, correct, or delete your and your child's information. If you close your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable time, except records we're legally required to retain.
