The NCAA self-assessment is free. Starter positioning report: $49, generated instantly. In-depth positioning report: $200 — a full diagnosis and twelve-month plan, released after team review. Annual recalibration: $500/yr (best suited to grades 7–9) — one full recalibration report plus one 60-minute 1-on-1 with Lily. The 1-on-1 is not sold separately. 52-week community program: ¥3,650/yr, capped at 15 families per group, with three fixed posts a week (Monday NCAA news, Wednesday case breakdown, Friday open Q&A). Lily is in the group herself, and a support assistant is online 10 hours a day. The 12-month Annual Planning program is priced by grade — $10,000 (8th), $15,000 (9th), $20,000 (10th-12th). The price follows the grade your child is in on the day you sign, and runs a full 12 months from that date; moving up a grade partway through costs nothing extra. Grades 10-12 carry no discount, but we recommend signing all three years at once — families who do hold their signing-day price for all three years. The Four-Phase Full-Cycle program (grades 9-12) lists at $75,000. Signing the full program up front earns an entry offer: sign in 8th grade (5 years) and that year is free with prices locked for five years ($75,000 paid); sign in 9th grade (4 years) and the 9th-grade year is half price ($67,500 paid). Both are by application.
